1、根据张冬欣提名，董群峰成为本届理事会主席之唯一候选人。
参会8位理事经投票表决，全票选出董群峰出任 USTCAF 2017 理事会主席。
2、根据理事会主席董群峰提名鲍若愚出任理事会副主席，周为民出任理事会秘书。
参会8位理事经投票表决，全票通过了董群峰对鲍若愚出任理事会副主席，周为民出任理事会秘书的提名。
3、审议通过秘书处2016年4季度工作报告和费用决算，以及2017年1季度工作计划和费用预算。

1. Time and Place. The Board of Directors ("Board") of the University of Science and Technology of China Alumni Foundation (USTCAF) held its meeting on 8/6/2013 at 6pm Pacific Daylight time.
