On behalf of the entire team at University of Science and Technology of China Alumni Foundation (USTCAF) (www.ustcaf.org), we would like to take a moment in this special season to say THANK YOU to all volunteers, donors and participants.
USTCAF is a 501C (3) non-profit organization. It is run by the board elected by its thousands of members since its foundation in 1995. In 2023, USTCAF has continued to fulfill its core mission of supporting our alma mater USTC and our alumni. In 2023, we have issued more than one million RMB in hundreds of awards: Goodwill Award, Outstanding-Student and High School Scholarship Award, Faculty and Teaching Awards, and various donor/class sponsored awards. We have also held various seminars on future technology trends, career paths, alumni networking events as well as sponsored various alumni programs to build a strong alumni network and to help our alumni.
These accomplishments would not have been possible without the generous support from each one of you—whether through donations or by dedicating your valuable time and resources to volunteer. Your contributions have been instrumental in our success.
Moving forward, we are actively exploring additional avenues to enhance our support for USTC and USTC alumni. We are committed to intensifying our efforts in the Ambassador Program, aiming to empower young alumni in their career paths. We will also collaborate to amplify the successes and share the compelling stories of our alumni. We are dedicated to establishing a dynamic platform for networking, creating opportunities for our community to connect, and celebrating life's beautiful journey with style.
USTCAF also offers opportunities for you to elevate a great cause by joining forces as a team through initiatives such as Class Sub-funds and Company Sub-funds. We encourage collaboration among USTCers to establish and contribute to sub-funds in the name of your company or class. Additionally, many companies offer donation matching and holiday donation programs, and USTCAF is recognized as a qualified organization under IRS 501C(3) (EIN: 51-0367667).
