VOTING PERIOD:
(1) From 00:00 on November 1, 2011 to 23:59 November 14, 2011, both in USA Eastern Time.
(2) Your email ballot outside the time frame above will be IGNORED.
ELECTION QUORUM:
(1) The election quorum is 327 ballots, one per voter, who are USTCAF members with eligible right of vote.
(2) If there are less than 327 qualified votes, this election will be annouced a failure and a re-election will have to be organized in accordance with Bylaws 2011.
(3) Please help remind your circle of friends who are also USTCAF members to vote within the 2-week time frame.
