USTCAF Zhang Xiaozheng Memorial Scholarship is endowed by her family members.

Professor Zhang Xiaozheng was admitted by USTC in Class of 1964, majoring in Biophysics. Professor Zhang later switched her research and education focus to computer and information science. She was a professor and doctoral advisor in the School of Computer and Information Science at the Southwest University, Chongqing, China, until her passing in 2006.

中国科大海外校友基金会张小真纪念奖学金是由张小真校友的家人设立。请收下这份校友的心意。

张小真是中国科大64级校友, 曾就读于生物物理专业。张小真校友生前是西南大学计算机与信息科学学院计算机系的教授, 计算机辅助教学方向博士生导师。

简介：中国科学技术大学校友基金会管理的陈-林教育和文化基金助学金（简称：陈-林助学金）由林曦校友（788）与夫人陈平女士于2019年通过中国科学技术大学校友基金会（简称USTCAF）设立，以资助家境困难的学生的全额学费，帮助完成其本科阶段的学习。对于入选的学生，在满足助学金规定的课业要求的情况下，基金承诺将全额资助其在中国科大本科阶段四年的校内学费。林曦校友与陈平女士深知教育对改变人生轨迹的重要性，希望通过该助学金帮助同学们克服人生道路上的一些暂时性的困难，可以更容易地在中国科学技术大学完成学业，将来可以更好地贡献社会。 

助学金实施办法：

1. 甲方承诺连续资助入选学生中国科大本科阶段4年的校内普通本科学费；助学金金额为同一年度的中国科大普通本科学费金额。助学金不适用于特殊专业的学费，如联合办学等；即助学金上限不超过科大一般性理工科专业的学费。2019年助学金金额为4800 人民币。

2. 助学金名额：每届的名额不超过10人。

3. 助学金资格：符合以下条件的贫困学生将被给予优先考虑：（1）少年班学院新生；（2）生命学院新生；（3）四川、福建仙游、福建莆田籍新生, （4）浙江、安徽籍新生。若符合以上条件的新生不足10名，学校可以另推荐若干名新生供林曦校友评选（林曦校友亦可委托USTCAF或中国科大学生处负责助学金资格的评审）。

4.申请及复审条件：陈-林助学金的申请及复审条件与“中国科学技术大学校友基金会爱心助学金”（GW）一致。根据当前GW管理办法：复审时，若挂科超过一门，助学金将会被减半；对于连续两年复审挂科超过一门，助学金将被暂停；课业成绩达到助学金要求后，资助将会被恢复。甲方承诺将申请和复审资料提供给乙方，乙方承诺将申请和复审资料及时反馈给甲方。

5. 助学金发放证明：丙方负责奖学金的发放，并承诺及时向甲方及乙方提供助学金发放证明。

6. 助学金资金：甲方承诺于8月31日之前，将当年度所需要的助学金捐赠至USTCAF。

7. 信息公开： USTCAF承诺将公开每年度陈-林助学金的发放情况，并永久公示。涉及学生隐私的信息将会被保护。

中国科学技术大学校友基金会“玉老爱心基金”

中国科学技术大学校友基金会“玉老爱心基金”由林曦校友（中科大788）与夫人陈平女士为纪念父亲林玉老教授于2019年在中国科学技术大学设立。林玉老教授是福建仙游人，生前致力于无线电工程领域的教学和科研, 在四川和浙江等地工作教学多年，于2018年以88岁高龄离世。林先生出身农民，是家庭里唯一的一位大学生，深知教育对改变人生轨迹的重要性。“玉老爱心基金”每年将资助 中国科大校友爱心社3000元人民币，以帮助爱心社同学们可以自己组织开展相关的校园活动，互相帮助，共同努力， 克服人生道路上的一些暂时的困难，可以更愉快地在中国科学技术大学完成学业，将来更好地贡献社会。

2026 年度科二代奖学金现已开放申请。符合以下条件之一即可提交申请：

(1)   您是 USTCAF 会员，并希望提名一位符合条件的高中生候选人申请此奖项；或

(2)   您本人是符合该奖项申请条件的高中生候选人，并且可以由一位 USTCAF 会员提名。

无论属于哪种情况，候选人父母至少有一方为USTC校友。申请时都需要一个由 USTCAF 发放给提名人的令牌（token）。如果提名人是USTCAF会员和USTC校友，则可以提名自己的符合条件的孩子。

对于情况（1），申请步骤如下：
 a. 收集您希望提名的候选人的所有必要信息。申请材料要求请查看：https://www.ustcaf.org/awards/k2s-award/429-ustcaf-k2s
 b. 以会员身份登录 ustcaf.org，进入“我的My“并点击“访问K2S令牌 K2S token”生成一个令牌。复制该令牌并妥善保存，以备记录及日后查询。
 c. 前往“资助项目 -> 申请K2S奖学金 Apply for K2S scholarship”，使用您获得的令牌填写申请表。请注意，每个令牌只能使用一次。如果您有多位提名人，请确保为每位候选人分别生成唯一的令牌。

对于情况（2），申请步骤如下：
 a. 请您的提名人按照上述步骤 b 为您生成一个令牌，并妥善保存，以备记录及日后查询。
 b. 准备所有必要的申请材料。
 c. 使用以下链接填写申请表：https://www.ustcaf.org/members/index.php/k2s/apply

K2S scholarship 2026 is now open to apply. You are eligible to submit an application if:

(1)   you are an USTCAF member and would like to nominate a qualified candidate for this award, or

(2)   you are a qualified candidate for this award and can be nominated by a USTCAF member.

Either way, the candidate has to have at least one parent who is USTC Alumni. You will need a token (issued by USTCAF to the nominator) for application. One can nominate their own qualified children if he/she is a USTCAF member and an USTC Alumni.

For situation (1), the steps for application are

  a, Gather all necessary information about the candidate you want to nominate.

  b, login to ustcaf.org as a member, go to “我的My” and click “访问K2S令牌 K2S token” to generate a token. Copy the token and keep it for record and future inquiries.

  c, Go to “资助项目->申请K2S奖学金Apply for K2S scholarship” and fill out the application form using the token you obtained. Be notified that you can only use the token once. If you have more than one nominees, make sure to generate a unique token for each of them.

For (2), the steps are

  a, ask for your nominator to generate a token following step b above and keep it for record and future inquiries.

  b, gather all necessary materials.

  c, use link (https://www.ustcaf.org/members/index.php/k2s/apply) to fill out the form.
