We started using a new accounting system at the beginning of 2011, here are the quarterly and annual financial statements.

The USTC AF operates a web based accounting system (at http://www.ustcaf.org/gnucash) that keeps track of the following information:
- Donors, Donations, and Donation Pledges
- Awards and Award Recipients
- Bank and Investments Accounts and Balances
- Sub-funds and their related activities
- Quarterly Financial Statements
The information in the accounting system is available in real-time to all of our members on a read-only basis. To use the system, you need to register an account for yourself, the process is quite simple, and there are instructions along the way. If you have difficulties with any aspect of the access, please let us know. |

Xiaohua Gong to John, 2010AFGB
John Hu and GB2010:
I hereby announce that John Hu has been approved by GB2010 via votes
to be the new treasurer of USTCAF. This is a much needed and urgent
appointment for USTCAF and I look forward to a good transition between
Kefei and John. Please the board members do give your hands when John
looks for assistance where needed.

October 20, 2010: The recently elected USTC AF board appoints Mr. WANG Kefei as the treasurer. At the same time, Kefei takes over the responsibility of receiving donation checks at a new address in California: 4147 Stanley Ave., Fremont, CA 94538.
