Preliminary Guideline for USTCAF Earthquake Relief Subfund

Name of Subfund: GW512 

Usage: 1. Special Goodwill Sponsorship for qualified 2008
               new students with disability or suffered severe
               family loss;
           2. One time special assistant for all current or new 
               USTC students or faculty members suffered
               losses in the earthquake;
           3. Other usages consistent with USTCAF mission
               to be determined by USTCAF Governing Board
               subject to fund availability.

 Management:
           1. All USTCAF subfund rules apply;
           2. USTCAF Governing Board will manage and make
               final decisions for the subfund.
