I appreciate the education and friendship received in college years; it is my great pleasure to serve USTC Alumni community. During the past year, I witnessed the total donation to USTCAF exceeding half million, and so excited to see it approaching the million milestone. I hope to join the efforts helping USTCAF make more encouraging achievements in fund raising and management. For instance, there have been requests that USTCAF should give grants to those people in urgent situations. With greater amount of funds then ever, it might be the time to reach an appropriate solution for this issue. I can also help in the networking of alumni near Chicago area.

No alumnus or alumna has not paid some attention to, and been inspired by, the Alumni Foundation's incarnation, direction and momentum over a decade. I'm no exception. I'm motivated to step up my efforts of involvement with USTCAF. My contribution will be likely on the respects of alumni connection, communication, experience sharing and spiritual building.
