Remarks:

It is discovered that the 2005 report missed the item "Award: Shiping equipment donated by LIN Fujiang (board voted) $560.00".
On the other side, in the accounting sheet, 8512 award $750 was not recorded (but reported in 2005 report). But according USTC, it was paid. The problem was caused the actual balance of USTCAF in USTC was not known when AF used all the left over fund to pay 2005 awards.
8512 award $750 was recorded in the accounting sheet in 2006.
Goodwill award check was not cashed. We would list it as 2007 award and fund usage. Otherwise it is too difficult to do accounting balance. Also 2006 award total is very high already, and may not look good on AF's tax 2006 tax return form.
