(hereinafter referred to as USTCAA(S)),

USTC Alumni Foundation (AF) is very glad to hear that USTC Alumni in Singapore community is pro-actively in process to formally register as an oversea USTC Alumni Association  USTCAA (S). This is significant and will benefit USTC oversea alumni
and their residential social communities.

Regarding your request about associating USTCAA (S) with USTCAF, the USTCAF Governing Board (GB) agrees and in fact we are family members or sister associations, all from USTC.

This letter serves as memorandum of understanding, that is:

1. USTCAF and USTCAA (S) are two independent organizations and they are not responsible for each other's action and legal consequences.

2. USTCAF should be notified when its name being used in future events hosted by USTCAA (S), vice versa.
