The USTC AF operates a web based accounting system as of our membership portal (at https://www.ustcaf.org/members) that keeps track of the following information:
- Donors, Donations, and Donation Pledges
- Awards and Award Recipients
- Bank and Investments Accounts and Balances
- Sub-funds and their related activities
- Quarterly Financial Statements
The information in the accounting system is available in real-time to all of our members on a read-only basis. To use the system, you need to register an account for yourself, the process is quite simple, and there are instructions along the way. If you have difficulties with any aspect of the access, please let us know.
